I guess it's time for a fullblown update :D Like Usi said, my journal lately mainly consists of Quizzes... I decided to update in English because I want Ayano to be able to understand it as well :D

So... where to start?
University is really keeping me busy these days. A lot of homework, presentations, books to read etc. Basically my schedule is divided into language lessons (English, Japanese and Russian) and seminars. I neglected Russian a little bit recently, because I was preparing all my other classes (I had a block seminar and a presentation last week). But that will change from now on! Because I plan to participate in a language course in Minsk in March! 4 weeks, student accomodation and flight included, and it's really economic. This would be a really useful way to spend my holidays. Most of my friends are away during the spring break (China, Japan, Scotland, America...), and I would have been quite lonely ^_- This way, I'll have three weeks to complete my term papers (I hope to finish one in the christmas break already, that would leave only two for the spring break) and then I'll be off to Belarus for four weeks *_* I already applied for this language course, but the number of participants is limited. So keep your fingers crossed, will you? ^_^

Today I had another visit at my dentist's. I got my last wisdom tooth pulled. Right now I feel ok, let's see how that works out. I didn't make any plans for the weekend, I just want to relax, read and study. I also have a lot of films left to watch :D Next week I'll go and see Harry Potter IV :D In English! Yatta. No more "der goldene Schnatz" ^^

Other than that, I really have to get my application for Great Britain ready. I'm almost done, I just need a kind of "letter of motivation" in which I tell why I want to become a German assistant etc etc. Ok, did I say "just"? I'm going to battle with this for hours, I'm sure. Anyway, I would like to finish my application this weekend.

Aiko found a flat and maybe even a job and is quite happy. Soon one of her friends from Japan will come over and we plan to party a lot :D From now on until Christmas it won't be that hard I hope. I have one more presentation in December. My blockseminar originally scheduled for December was postponed to January. Lucky me! I have to prepare tons of stuff for this one as well, so I'm really glad I've got a little more time.

I started reading "The wonderful wizard of Oz" today. It's really cute =) Maybe I'll finish it later. I just took (ate? drunk? swallowed? *lol* what the heck is the fitting verb?) some pain release and they are supposed to have a slightly narcotic effect as well. So I guess I'll go to bad rather early. But since I didn't sleep until 2 am yesterday I try to stay up until 10 pm ^^

There would be so much to do .. My essay is still pending, the issue I have in any case in August still. Should I consider even know if I write an essay in the Celebritiesseminar or not, not to mention the preparation for the Japanese-ZP, then I started to switch my room and very sort out - my bedroom is now finished, this is the other room totally trashed o_O I have so many series and movies that I want to look like my emails and letters are also not alone, and the many books I would like to read ... It's so terrible if I do not have regular hours, I can not get their act together. If I would have regular classes, or at least a few hours in the morning, I could do much more-_-

Tomorrow is Joschka Fischer in Würzburg! Because I would definitely stop by again. On Saturday, I may want my Mom to the open-air theater in Ray, on Sunday hopefully Leonie comes to movie night on Monday I need a ride to the university, make my essay and so on Monday night Akiko then comes and we eat together and then go to Garden State (if the weather is, even outdoors on Wednesday must be ...), I have to work on Thursday evening Fachschaftsinisushiessen ... Then I drive to Sof-treasure, and it's already September ... * Screaming * That can simply not be true, but there must be something went wrong ... * Err * The time seems to pass me between the fingers, this is no more solemn ^ ^ °

I was at my birthday party:) That was really very nice, only a bit awkward because I had no meat thawed in time, but then but very fun and relaxing for me. All had brought sooo delicious salads * _ * crazy. Caro had even more stuff here, Italian appetizer and tiramisu cream * drools *
I like to talk well and I found the atmosphere very relaxed and nice, I hope my guests felt the same way:) It was a bit fresh, but it has not rained, and we have to 2 clock out endured:) have
Then we cleaned up a bit, I quickly showered again, and then we have gequasselt yet - I think, have to sleep really, really, it was half past 4 ^ ^ °

On Saturday, 23.7. we (ie Joschi, Sof and I) and met with Chi and were in a class-Italians) (hmmm. .. this pasta ... * drools *) Then we went shopping a bit, and then we have Chi Joschi and brought to the station. Then we immediately went home to rest ... I really wanted to lie down for an hour, but just as called Fabian, and we were equally keen on talking again, and blaspheme, there was nothing to sleep ^ ^ In the evening we then Caro's farewell party went. again to get up so early, I'm still set Sof in the tram and then had to work. Somehow I was pretty verpeilt (very little sleep and so ...) and my bosses were not so thrilled by me ^ ^ °

Well. On Monday, 24.7. am I drove with my mom and grandma to IKEA. Juhu! Ikea is always an adventure:) This time I got there is a total dream rooms princesses discovered, with a lot of pink, a round bed and many great features ... * Dream * I have the little odds and ends, a dresser, and bought some stuff for the bathroom. Now, there hangs a leuchtorangener shower curtain, supported by a orage (yes, Usi, I know ... orange ^ ^) Bath rug and towels, also in orange * _ * Fits very well with my blue tiles:)

'm On Tuesday, I then cleaned up and dressed mainly - came in the evening that is both Akiko and Aki. Ever the rest nieces and decent warm for the studio ^ ^ This was a really really fun evening, and Akiko has styled me again * _ *
We are relatively late and were going at about 11 in the disco. We danced for two hours, then we are out again - and I have caught my perfect Straba that I am quite particular ^ ^ I go not as in clubs and discos, but I really like the studio. It was only back muuuch too full Urks. To 1 could be there no longer turn ... And it was really disgusting hot. But it is centrally located, and the clientele likes me well:)

The next few days I've relaxed a bit, read, spend time with my mom (well, I'll go there to ... I do not remember exactly what I have made, drip ..), I again met with my cute Tomomi and tutoring students one last time tuition given.

on Saturday, 30.7. It was then Shins level party. Before that, I am yet to meet with Sydne, which is now studying nearly half a year in Scotland, for brunch. All ready to fit exactly:)
I could talk nice with Shin, and then we have a bit of help with cooking. There were Italian Buffett ... yummy! At first I thought I would ever know anyone there, but that was not at all. Over the years I have but a few friends of her and Christian to know ... It was like my Mitpate, Mark, there, also the roommate of Christian and other friends I had ever met. And also some that I knew from stories ^ ^ Later, then so be unpacked a kind of portable fireplace, that was a real good thing * _ * It was not that is so incredibly warm. And it had such a little campfire, which was great * _ *

Sunday morning we went right back home - I could rest a bit, my new PC admire (who is soooo great) and then I'm on to Fabian coffee. We had not discussed who is bringing what with, and had far too many things * drip * We had a very nice long conversation about life and love, and now I've been a bit smarter ^ ^

The days afterwards more quiet, a day I've worked, otherwise I have rumgeräumt a bit, and just wasted a little time. On Wednesday at work was not really something going on, and I almost can read my whole mirror ^ ^

On Thursday, I went with my grandma to Mühlacker to my great aunt. And that has spoiled us ... as in a hotel, real. We have been cooked with the delicious food and had service around the clock ^ ^ On Thursday we took a look down to Pforzheim and have looked around a bit. The city seems to have money, but it was not really nice ^ ^ °
Thursday it to Stuttgart. This is a city for my taste! The weather was fantastic. First we went to the Picasso exhibition, at the State Gallery. This has ever taken a while of time, because that was huge. At one point I could not really pick things up ... we are a bit strolled through the city and have made break. After lunch I wanted to absolutely the famous cube-Museum (well, actually means Art Museum to look at it ^ ^) because I think the building as fasznierend. We holyday easily into the building itself in and look at the floors in part, without having to pay what:)
I got back tons of art postcards bought ^ ^
I found it very fascinating that Stuttgart has so many green corners, only the full Castle Park is fabulous ... but also the shopping and culture are too short ^ ^
On Saturday we went to the sauna. It was really relaxing! I was not ever in the sauna, and the weather was perfect good, not too uncomfortable, but not too hot:) In the corresponding spa I could then have a walk with my purchased the day before bathing suit turn ^ ^
It was really a nice visit. Somehow I had with my great aunt had never before spoken so incredibly much, and now I've found that we actually understand very well and a lot in common:)
The house had a beautiful terrace with garden, and there we were Thursday and Friday long ago (with thick jackets and blankets because it was quite fresh ... and sometimes it has even been raining, but we were sitting under one roof, hehe) and have spoken. I also came here to read auchmal properly again, and had "The little demons adviser" to the Fabian had me for my birthday, read out:)

Back home, did I finally with Harry Potter began 6) infected with it, I watched the second part and I now bought a third part on DVD: D (For 7 € That was probably really a bargain ^ ^) Since then I have it done! and am looking forward to the next part:?) Somehow I have now been also wanted to read the other books again, I was there for many knowledge gaps (Huh, who is that Kam I, the ever before What now makes this spell again? I've already quite a while no longer updated ... I do not know where to start ^ ^ °
known that I had on Wednesday 13 July between my oral exam. Then it went off at last with the relaxing ^ _ ^

Thursday was the Institute's Party, to which all Sinologists, Japanese studies, and Indian scholars were invited. We should all bring something delicious. Since I'm alone in a fix pretty, then Tomomi and Akiko are passed to 2, and we have a really really tasty salad magic ^ _ ^ I had not really had time to get aufzurüschen, and I am so I had a jump in the shower and so, and suddenly then rumgedruckst Akiko and is brought out by the fact that they put me and like to tweak would ^ _ ^ We have then been made, and I must say, they can really good * _ * I'm completely incapable eg eyeliner with a straight line must be drawn ... So much for updating in English once a week... It's difficult to update at all at the moment >_< Two more weeks to go until my intermediate exam. Argh! It's just so much, I really don't know if I can take it. I spend to many hours a day studying, and it just doesn't seem to get less. I hope I can manage a lot on wednesday and thursday, because I don't have to attend so many classes. The weekend will be busy again... on friday I have to go tutoring, on saturday one of my cousins marries, and this will probably take the whole day (and night... maybe someone can pick me up earlier, it's not that far away), and on sunday I have to work from 2pm until 10 pm -_____- I also have to study for the exam in my translation course and the Japanese exam... *sigh* I can't tell how much I look forward to July, 14th, because then I can finally breathe again. Whenever I turn around, I stumble across some study papers, phonology, grammar, literature, linguistics... it drives me mad >_<

Anyway, I still try to go out sometimes and relax a little (otherwise I would become completely insane...). On Saturday I went to the movies to see "A lot like love" with Ashton Kutcher and Amanda Peet. It's a really cute and funny movie and I liked it a lot. It's great to see Ashton Kutcher finally acting again... I think he's a good actor. After the movie we intended to sit down at the riverside and drink some wine and talk. Well, it was raining... But we found a nice place at the riverside anyway - just under a tree ^_^ Since it wasn't raining very hard, we hardly got wet (it was really warm anyway) and so we enjoyed our wine there and talked a lot ^^ It was really funny. I only drank one glass of wine (well, to be precise, it was a bottle, but only 0.25!) and I was feeling giggly *g*

So basically I try to survive the next two and a half weeks, and then hopefully things will get better. I didn't even really get around to make plans for the time after the exams yet, because I fear this might distract me too much ^^°
It's kind of a pity that this year my birthday is absolutely embedded in the exams, but I can't help it. Probably I won't do anything special that day, we'll see.

Keeping an English Journal from now on

Hey there! So, I decided to keep a Journal in both German and English. I originally intended to keep the English Journal at zorpia.com, where I also keep my online photo album, but they don't allow not-members to write comments, and that sucks. So I decided to integrate the English Journal into my already existing German Journal at livejournal. I hope my German friends won't get too confused ^^° It might well be that some of my English entries will seem strangely familiar, because I might have written of these happenings in German already... But I still think this is the best way for now. I'll try to update in English at least once a week, let's see if it works out. Right now I'm pretty busy mostly with preparing for the intermediate exam in July, and I don't have so much time to write emails and letters :( I hope this way some of my english-speaking penpals can keep track of my life as well =)
Today I didn't do much, and I really enjoyed this. Usually I have to work on sundays, but today I had a nice quiet day at home. I did some ironing and hoovering, prepared some texts for university, made a lovely photo album of my trip to London (it will be printed as a photo book, its almost finished, that was a lot of work...), and read "Heart of Darkness". I already had to read this book for a seminar in the first semester, but I didn't quite like it then. I thought it was horrible to read and it took me ages. Now I read it again in German, and I couldn't stop, it's so exciting and a pleasure to read ^^° I guess there is still a huge language barrier... :( That's a pity, really. My English greatly improved since I entered university, but still there is so much more to learn - And I study English for more than 10 years now! My hope to read a Japanese book leisurely one day is decreasing ^^° Anyway, now I will do my Japanese homework (I hardly have time for that lately, and I note that I get worse :( But since I have a tandem partner now and visit the "Stammtisch" regularly, I also notice I get better in some ways. Phew!) and then maybe watch "Van Hellsing". My brother bought the DVD lately, and since I only half watched the movie on my flight from Japan to Germany last summer, I'm really curious about the whole movie ^ _ ^

this weekend Saturday and Sunday I'm free, that is a dream! Last night I got a bit of reading and chatting, photos sorted and I just relaxed, this morning I was rumzushoppen aimlessly in the city for a bit, then I have my blonde highlights done a bit of watching television, again cooked well, and for the Uni I've already done a lot * _ * To 7:30 am I met up with a few Japanese studies and Japanese, and we are at a wine festival gone. It was soo funny! I had not thought of. It has played a live band, the popular mood, it was still quite full, and we stood near the stage and have a lot of talk, laugh and dance. And made very very funny photos! Unfortunately, I had forgotten my camera, but Aki and Aki (^ ^) had a while (in Japanese you can just always leave * g *), and I want to send pictures soon =) This evening I will never forget certainly not as fast . Recently, it is in the pub, always so funny ... Before, I'm rarely out, because the conversation often slow, and this was very tiring, but now I am easy with the right people together and laugh every time I break * _ * I am looking forward immensely to every Monday and can not wait for it at all ... Pretty wicked if I remember that I previously pressed so often ...
But I really need right now. On the one hand my life is so stressful than ever, with all jobs, preparing for the interim and the seminars, but on the other hand, I also so much fun as ever - in all areas of life.
